On July 4, 2025, the Trump Administration signed H.R. 1, making significant changes to clean energy tax credits. The credits remain available, but now have new phaseout dates and additional restrictions for solar, wind, and geothermal projects.
- EV/Fleet Projects – Changes are updated in the Navigator to reflect H.R. 1 changes. Please use the Navigator for all EV project phases. EV credit ends Sept. 30, 2025 so get your credits now!
- EV Charging/Infrastructure & Solar/Wind/Geothermal Projects – Updates are in progress. If your project is under construction or in planning, review L4GG’s Guidance Brief or email CleanEnergy@L4GG.org for assistance while the Navigator is being revised.
